MUL Gets Positive Review from National Urban League in Record Time

In December, MUL participated in its annual review from the National Urban League. This review was completed in record time, and with a positive result from the national office.
This was the first review for MUL CEO Tomeka Hart, since her selection to head the League. With a focus on effectiveness and accountability, Ms. Hart sees this as a confirmation that she and the staff are headed in the right direction.
"There is so much work for us to do in this community that we have to work as efficiently as possible. We did our best to plan ahead of time, and anticipate what the needs of the reviewer would be. This is a great way to start the year!" said Hart.
